David Winslow, SVP of Analytics and Delivery Management
An experienced technical project manager in combination with experienced change management leader. His track record of successful implementations in the Federal government can be directly attributed to his strength as a senior project leader in managing the team – strong project management skills, deep Federal financial policy knowledge, and exceptional project planning and earned value management capabilities. Mr. Winslow offers a depth of expertise in Oracle Federal Financials and how Federal policies and guidelines, for instance FSIO guidelines, are represented in the GCE Cloud.
Mr. Winslow is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, provided technical support and training for several Navy systems early in his professional life. Mr. Winslow holds his PMP certification and participates in the Association for Government Accountants.
Dr Bandarupalli, is primarily a Medical Doctor, whose curiosity took him far beyond the field of traditional medicine. He believes in a complete \”360\” degree approach to the human body, leading him to further pursue training in the Biotechnological, Healthcare IT and Healthcare Management sectors.

Dr. Srinivas Mallempati
Dr. Srinivas Mallempati is a physiatrist in Birmingham, Alabama and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including St. Vincent\’s Birmingham and St. Vincent\’s Blount. He received his medical degree from J.J.M. Medical College and has been in practice for 17 years.
Dr. Lakshmi Koyyalagunta
Dr Koyyalagunta’s research interest is in identifying risk factors associated with opioid misuse in cancer pain patients. In collaboration with members of American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), Dr. Koyyalagunta is currently doing a meta-analysis of opioids for cancer pain. She is the lead investigator of this project with a nationwide group of authors. She is an active member of the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists and has served as a delegate/alternate delegate in this prestigious organization for the past eight years. She is also a member of the Texas Pain Society where she has served as a member of a task force to address the pill mill issue in the State of Texas.
